Write an Android application

The project is a mobile based simple game planned for both Android and Iphone users. This job is for Android based but the winning bidder is welcome to submit quote for Iphone platform too. It will be a 2D game moving from left to right and the game should be able to be played with only one hand/ finger. There are only 2 main actions in this game with 4 different level of action for one of them. The background panorama and character can be supplied to the winning bidder or the winning bidder can create them as well. If we need to supply the graphics, we will need the advice regarding the graphics format and other technical requirements. We plan the game to be quite simple but attractive and most importantly bug free or very close to it. We also need the winning bidder to keep the code/design manageable and maintainable as upgrades maybe required in the future. We will provide more detailed information once we have the winning bidder.
