Write an Android application

I would like a person who can develop android and IOS applications. The application will provide the user an answer based on the user inputs. Essentially a questionnaire. The final answer is how much the user should be expected to pay a week. There will be a series of questions. Each question will have multiple options. Some questions will be based on information saved on a database, i.e. which company are you using. The company selected will affect the internal calculation, as different companies will be providing different rates. After all these questions are answered the user gets output in the form of a number All the questions will be multi choice, so no user defined answers.
