Write an iPhone application

Need a Quiz application that administers quizzes and stats on student performance that does the following: 1. Student takes a 75 question quiz. The quiz has a pool of 225 questions with 3 category levels: Easy, Medium & Hard (approx. 75 questions in each level). First question student gets on quiz is Medium level question. If they get first question correct they will receive Hard question next for #2. If they get first Medium level question wrong they will receive Easy level question for #2, and so on and so forth until the end of the quiz. No questions are repeated. 2. Quiz questions (225) are downloaded during the initial app download. Additional Quizzes are purchased during In-app purchases after student finishes Quiz #1. 3. For stats: Each question is defined as Easy, Medium or Hard. Each question also has a sub-category (8 total sub-categories). In the Results portion, after user takes a Quiz, they will see how many questions they got correct, percentile and % of each sub-category the student got correct vs incorrect. 4. Review: Each question the student received during the Quiz is presented one screen at a time with Admin provided correct answer and text explaining why the answer is correct. The user should be able to see original question, answer choices, which answer they originally picked, actual correct answer and why the answer is correct. 5. Student records kept with email account login and password. Email verification needed to use app for first time. 6. Admin backend allows addition of future 75 question quizzes as mentioned above. Student purchases additional quizzes in-app as In-app purchases for additional charge. 7. App is to be designed with simplistic, elegant, quick/responsive design that look well designed for all iPhone screen sizes. 8. Need coder to design app, icon and test app for stability and functionality. App must be secure where additional quizzes cannot be downloaded without purchase. 9. App must meet requirements of Apple App Store.
