I am assuming the back-end is not part of the project like creation of web-services in C#, setting up of Amazon S3 account. iPhone application will only call Amazon S3 service (this will be pre-build) for Photo upload, handle the response and then call the C# web-service to send the photo-url to the back-end in json format.
