Create/design 2 multi-player online playing card game for my website.

I would like to create couple of card games in Adobe Flash or any other platform using a deck of playing cards. I need someone who is an expert in designing card games and can build 2 games on my logic and variations.

All the games will be played using 4 kind of biscuits and they can be redeemed by players later.

1. Platinum Biscuits

2. Gold Biscuits

3. Silver Biscuits

4. Bronze Biscuits.

Users from different countries will play this game online in their own currency. So currency convertor should also be there for ease. It is a multiplayer online game.

Users from different region will login using email address or phone number and start playing.
