DB Expert required for Consulting

We have developed a mobile app where we collect feedbacks and sync it with our web based server running on mysql. This mobile app is being used in almost 200 tablets (android and ipad) to sync data with the server. Initially, data sync between tablet and server has been smooth but lately our mysql has gone beyond 500,000 rows and now we are facing issues. Mostly scenarios like 2-3 devices sync properly after which the 4th device partially syncs and fails and on repeated re-tries it syncs. we have checked on the server and we see the cpu load going up to 100% even in small data syncs.

We need someone to consult us and provide us the right solution to optimise our db.

Expectations:

1. Understand entire project and problem on skype

2. provide necassary solution and expertise to fix this

3. once fixed only then payment will be released.

The person applying for this should have

1. Atleast 4-5 years experience in just DB specially MYSQL and should have worked on complex DB design.
