I'm needing to hire a developer/team to help finalizing a web application.
The application is written in Flask and it is deployed on the Heroku.
Three developers will be working in this Project:
Me, a back end developer and a front end developer. This posting is for back end development. If you know someone you like to work with, for front end development, feel free to suggest it to me.
The application is meant to manage team members and clients.
Bellow the list of what needs to be done, for more information, I'll need to send a Non-Disclosure agreement to be signed.
To simplify things in the beginning, the scheduling system and payments is from a third part online service. The online chats is also a third part service (PubNub)
What is already developed:
- Connection with scheduling API is done
- Connection with the PubNub chat is going to be done soon
- HTML/Bootstrap templates are provided (it's part of a well written HTML payed template), The developer hired will need to adjust and use the modules provided for new parts of the website.
- Database and Models (SQL Alchemy) are written and running
- A scaffold of the Dashboard is working
- User authentication is working
- A scaffold of the projects' page is working, each project has its own Wall (facebook like)
- Chat windows
- Meeting rooms

----- Meeting Room with Real Time Collaboration (same as team member’s, the meetings will be within client and team member)

---- Page to fire pre-written e-mails for team members/users
---- Page to manage profiles and promote permissions, including creation of new
administrators
---- Page to manage Team Member Request Board
---- Scaffold a page for collecting all data
(Note: please bare in mind that the dashboards for client, team member and admin have very similar functions on many parts. They should be fairly easy to adjust them to fit the user type.)
- The Homepage and other pages that are accessible for no authenticated users (a layout or html template will be provided, based on the current website that is a wordpress site, but we don't want to use anything from wordpress on the new web app, just an inspired look)

Workflow:
We'll be writing this project and deploying it using Heroku and Github.
The developer must be comfortable to make pull requests and receive code reviews.
We'll try to keep a pull request for every 2 days or on the completion of new features.
In the first week we'll be talking more about coding styles to keep the development consistent.
