[Minecraft Dev] Looking for a dev who can work on Minecraft plugins

Hi. I'm looking for someone who can help develop or configure plugins our new server. For now, we have built the spawn. Now we need a dev to help us accelerate the process to open the Minecraft server to the public.
What needs doing:
1. Ranks.
We have 9 branches of rank. Apply all ranks to their respective permission [login to view URL] need prefixes to be set correctly, and also the donator prefixes. Preferred permission manager is Luck Perms.
2. Jobs.
We are currently using Jobs Reborn to manage jobs. We need someone to configure the Jobs plugin. Design a gui menu for jobs.
3. mcMMO.
Tally the mcMMO with their own respective Citizen NPCs (with their own GUI menus). Also, advice the best configuration that suits the server direction

We want certain ranks to have extra bonus for Towny. And also an NPC and it's own GUI menus to manage their own Towny.
5. Quests.
Make quests and link them to Citizen NPCs. Also we need a GUI menu designed for quests. We don't have any plugins in mind yet.
We are also looking to give a part-time opportunity for those who want to continuously work with us.
