Refactor existing PHP website (LAMP) to JavaScript (MySQL, Express, Angular, Node, Bootstrap)

I have an existing job website. It can be seen at www.staff.ie. It is written in PHP and is a typical LAMP website. I would like this rewritten in full-stack JS. I need to keep the MySQL database. The website has normal job website functionality. Nothing ground breaking or weird. It can be broken down as follows: Browse jobs Search jobs with sorting by relevance and date (and a few other minor sorting options) Advanced search jobs View jobs (original job advert and cache of job advert) Apply for jobs Pagination Employer registration and login Pay by credit card (PayPal) Post job Preview job Edit job Clone job Expire job Profile information View invoices View job applications Receive job application by e-mail Pagination Change password Forgot password Jobseeker registration and login Track viewed jobs and job applications (including a search function) * Upload CV * Job alerts by e-mail Change password Forgot password Admin login Search companies Edit company details Add credit note - jobs and subscription months * Login to company account to view their jobs / applications / etc. * Financial report which tracks income by month (Date, company name, how much they paid) Note the items marked with a * are new functionality I would like you to implement. So basically you are just reimplementing what the site already does, and adding a little bit of new functionality. You must do a technical architecture plan / technical specs before beginning any code. Code needs to be clean, well thought out, and commented. Best practices should be followed.
