URGENT: Optimise MariaDB For Prestashop Site - Very slow to load website not working

Prestashop v1.6 website was working fine until today. Everything is extremly slow. Its so slow that its not loading. I have to reboot the RDS for it to work again. I've attached a recommended fix that myphpadmin is advising so you can see what type of issues its facing.
The current setup is
1) EC2 - 4cpu 4gb ram - CPU and ram not and issue with the site
2) RDS - 1cpu 1gb ram - Both also not issue cpu is running under 30% most of the time. Ram fine.
3) Storage of RDS - 10GB about 50% free space still.
This project is very urgent. I need someone with experience with database only. You might have to SSH into the RDS because its very slow using phpmyadmin. Would appreciate if we can live chat through this to find a fix.
