Create ActionHero webhook example

I need someone to create an example webhook using ActionHero.js. Requirements: - Example must use the Heroku [login to view URL] build button ( and that software configuration) - Final product must be on a Heroku site (you can use a free one) - Webhook must accept get, post, update, delete commands and take respective action - Webhook must accept 1 variable, post_id Example: GET http://locahost/api/?post_id=322 returns message saying: "Details for post %post_id%" UPDATE http://locahost/api/?post_id=322 returns message saying: "Post %post_id% has been updated." DELETE http://locahost/api/?post_id=322 returns message saying: "Post %post_id% has been deleted." POST http://locahost/api/ returns message saying "Post created."
