We believe having fun with our job is the only way to give our clients the best of us, so we #Rock&Rolig whenever we can!<br /><br /><strong>INSIDE SALES</strong><br /><br />We are now searching for a <strong>part time freelance Super Inside Sales profile</strong> to join Rolig’s team in Barcelona.<br /><br />Collaborating directly with the board, the overall mission of our Super Inside Sales will be to detect new sales opportunities that can lead to business opportunities. The ideal candidate calls for a good teamplayer, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven sales experience and with a good English and Spanish level that would like to form part of a committed and creative team full of energy.<br /><br /><strong>The main accountabilities for our Super Inside Sales position are:</strong><ul><li>Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls and emails</li><li>Understand customer needs and requirements</li><li>Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure</li><li>Close sales and achieve weekly quotas</li><li>Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest</li><li>Maintain and expand a database of prospects</li><li>Build pipeline and close deals</li></ul><br /><strong>Is it you? The ideal requirements for our Super Inside Sales are:?</strong><ul><li>Proven inside sales experience</li><li>Strong customer orientation</li><li>Responsible and committed personality</li><li>Track record of over-achieving quota</li><li>Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day</li><li>Proficient with technology</li><li>Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish. Catalan nice to have, but not essential</li><li>Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively</li><li>Ability to work with little supervision and plan and organize his/her own activity.</li><li>Results oriented with a “can do” attitude</li><li>Willing to form a long term collaboration with a growing and enthusiastic team</li></ul><br />
