Encargada de fabricar cables de datos y componentes electrónicos para mas de 25 marcas de autos, solicita:ESPECIALISTA EN SAP BILINGÜE(León, Guanajuato)RESPONSABILIDADES:•Technical and functional support for the SAP ERP solution •When an issue comes diagnose, analyse and solve the issue •Responsible for any enhancements •Primarily responsible for Handling tickets and application support to the end users •Provide and record issue resolution appropriately using Remedy ticket system •Provide technical leadership and guidance for the estimation of change requests and their implementation •Assess business requirements and advise, implement as required with the 3rd level support •To work closely with the IT Business Consultant and Solution Architect •To advise users on the use of SAP ERP •To mentor and guide other support team members and assist with increasing their SAP ERP expertise Requisitos indispensables:•Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales. -•Experiencia: - At least 5 years’ experience of Application Support SAP or others --Experience in production and/or logistic and/or sales processes is essential.•Competencias y/o habilidades:--Ability to work independently--Ability to work to deadlines and under time pressure.-A positive attitude to problem solving•Idiomas: Bilingüe (ingles) 80-90% , indispensable para contratación.
