Descripción de empleo<br /><br />Overview<br /><br />Dell is hiring and we are looking to grow our Dell Team for Outside Sales Product Specialist II (Software Solutions and Infrastructure). Positions main role will be at the field. (Lo que es mas interesante del trabajo)<br /><br />Dell is looking for people who have a strong sale and technical background in building relationships and a true passion for selling and acquiring new accounts to provide best solution for our customers<br /><br />Role Responsibilities<br /><br /> <br /><br />· Uses thought leadership to build customer relationships and assist customers, additionally develops independently business solutions using Dell products and services.<br /><br />· Proactively identifies and solves customer business problems by providing subject matter expertise and by using higher complexity product and services lines to create solutions.<br /><br />· Supports with technical expertise a territory or group of accounts to ensure opportunities are identified and closed.<br /><br />· Attains sales targets based on SW revenue and margin, assigned an overlay or shared quota.<br /><br />· Collaborate with other area’s specialist to identify opportunities around SW (services, enterprise hardware, etc.)<br /><br />· Lead the design and closure for opportunities around third party SW.<br /><br />· Customarily and regularly engaged at customer/client facilities and delivers high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills.<br /><br />· Understands and communicates technology roadmaps and vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution.<br /><br />· Solution approach and licensing understanding based on: Microsoft, Oracle, Symantec, Red Hat, Vmware and other key partners.<br /><br />· Coaches others in closing complex deals and assists others in keeping up-to-date on Dell’s technology, products, and services<br /><br />· Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, vendors, and methods<br /><br /> <br /><br />Main Accountabilities<br /><br /> <br /><br />· On site customer visits: 7 weekly visits target<br /><br />· Coaching and training inside and outside Dell team members<br /><br />· Sells to a small number of medium to large accounts in a specified territory.<br /><br />· Will typically deal with more than one decision maker unless dealing with multiple small/medium business owners across a broader account set.<br /><br />Job<br /><br />Outside Sales Specialist - Outside Sales<br /><br />Schedule<br /><br />Full-time<br /><br />Shift<br /><br />Day Job<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />· 4+ Years of experience in technology and solution selling and implementations<br /><br />· Organizes internal/external resources in response to customer needs.<br /><br />· Bachelor degree<br /><br />· English and Spanish fluent is required<br /><br />· Presentation skills and communication experience at executive level<br /><br />· Previous experience in large accounts relationship<br /><br />· 25% availability to travel.<br /><br />Preferences<br /><br />· 5+ Years of experience with main software partners (Microsoft, Symantec, VMware, Oracle and/or RedHat) or related brands<br /><br />MBA or post graduate is preferable<br /><br />With more than 100,000 team members globally, we promote an environment that is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit in which the company was founded.
