Publisher Account Manager

<p>Gravity4 ([url removed, login to view]), the World&#39;s First High Frequency Marketing Cloud, is growing rapidly and is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Publisher Account Manager in Madrid with very strong agency and publisher relationships that can be leveraged&nbsp;immediately to drive new business. &nbsp;This Publisher Account Manager&nbsp;will report directly to Gravity4&#39;s&nbsp;Managing Director Spain. &nbsp;Looking for a true hustler with top-notch publisher relationships from top sites in Spain to smaller, niche publishers. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p>Proactively and consistently prospect, qualify and grow sales and generate revenues with all types of publishers&nbsp;to&nbsp;exceed&nbsp;monthly&nbsp;and annual sales goals</p>

<p><br />

Develop deep knowledge and expertise around Gravity4&#39;s Marketing Cloud and go to market strategies to effectively present Gravity4&#39;s value proposition while clearly articulating our differentiation relative to the publisher&#39;s&nbsp;specific needs and objectives</p>

<p><br />

Persuasively communicate Gravity4&#39;s overall business objectives, comprehensive marketing platform, and value proposition to&nbsp;publishers in Spain</p>

<p><br />

Manage revenue-based pipeline with CRM&nbsp;tools to allow for maximum transparency, efficiency, and visibility &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

<p><br />

Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to ensure campaign success and growth of partnerships, improve workflow, innovate product offerings, and execute on sales strategy&nbsp;</p>

<p><br />

Demonstrate leadership by bringing new ideas and solutions to the company</p>

<p><br />

Represent Gravity4 with the highest level of integrity</p>

<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience</strong></p>

<p>4+ years proven track record of success in digital media sales to top publishers and advertisers, with a proven record in performance-based and/or affiliate marketing environments.</p>

<p><br />

Native Spanish speaker with top negotiation-level English language skills (additional languages strongly valued)</p>

<p><br />

Solid knowledge of the performance-based marketing environment, and at least basic knowledge of the programmatic space/technologies (DSP, Retargeting, etc)</p>

<p><br />

Strong consultative, solutions sales executive, with an ability to assess a clients&rsquo; needs, craft a solution, present the value proposition and close the deal</p>

<p><br />

Proven ability to operate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-changing, start-up environment, in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is paramount to achieving success</p>

Diligent work ethic and the highest level of integrity and discipline, with a strong drive to exceed goals and achieve at the highest standard of excellence</p>

Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</p>
