Descripción de empleo<br /><br />Proactively plans and performs advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas or on a system level to service the customer. Prioritizes work based on customer impact, and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.<br /><br />Main Responsibility Area<br /><br />Identifies and solves proactively 2G/3G/LTE RF problems of customer networks. Participates as an expert in own technology area in customer projects. Is active in networking and knowledge sharing. Develops processes, tools and working methods.<br /><br />Position Description<br /><br />This position is expected to cover following responsibilities:<br />- Supports Account Teams/Project Teams/Customers directly to ensure planning & optimization related activities.<br />- Lead 2G/3G/LTE RF network rollout and optimization projects.<br />- Coordinate with internal/external department for project rollout issue.<br />- Be able to consult customer on 2G/3G/LTE RF network planning & optimization, required to perform network dimensioning and KPI definition.<br />- Remote and Local support to delivery of projects requiring technical expertise in 2G/3G/LTE inside LAT Countries.<br />- Knowledge on Radio NW Performance Analysis based on OSS KPIs for 2G/3G/LTE.<br />- Focus in new technologies, products and services, aiming to support their introduction.<br />- Lead day-to-day network performance issues/discussions with customer.<br /><br />Position Requirements<br /><br />REQUIREMENTS:<br />- Engineering degree in Telecommunications or Electronics.<br />- Good 2G/3G/LTE RF network planning and optimization processes knowledge and experience.<br />- Expertise in the Radio Planing and Optimization with minimum of 5 years experience.<br />- Practice of drive test measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, or equivalent).<br />- Minimum 5 years RF planning and optimization background.<br />- Knowledge with network KPI performance statistics analysis and troubleshooting.<br />- Knowledge and practice of Nokia Solutions and Networks RAN parameters and counters required, other vendor knowledge will be a plus.<br />- Availability for travels.<br /><br />PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:<br />- Team work skills.<br />- Language fluency Spanish and English.<br />- Capable to work independently.<br />- Effective communication skills.<br />- Ability to adapt to changes in working environment.<br />- Willingness to learn/share knowledge.<br />- Shares information across functions, processes and units.<br />- Promotes knowledge sharing by personal example.<br />- Strong customer service orientation & understanding of customer's perspectives.
