change ODOO one-to-many widget

After I select the many to one field and the option exists this icon appears: fa fa-external-link btn btn-default To moוve me to the relevant module If what I wrote in the field does not exist a drop-down list appears And in it either: Create or Create and Edit I want to change this behavior. If the value does not exist the same drop-down should appear as before. but if it DOES exist I want the dropdown to say EDIT - (and NOT to say Create) and when I click on EDIT, it should take me to the module. Also, I don't want to see the icon on the side. I need a module that changes the behavior of Odoo. Removing the module brings back the old behavior.
