Odoo Migration Completion

We are looking for an Odoo Expert with good English speaking and writing skills to help us complete the migration from our Operating System (WebErp) to Odoo 9. We currently use Odoo only as the reporting GL (all transaction and support functions of our business are performed in WebErp and end of month GLs are posted to Odoo). Phase I – Objectives The first Phase of this project is get the Odoo general ledger ready (cleaned up). Currently, we have subsidiary ledgers that are out of balance with the general ledger because the previous integration to operating system failed and previous Odoo technical support folks duplicated numerous upload entries. We did manual entries to cover up; on we now do monthly GL entries from the operating system. We need to somehow clear all AR/AP subsidiary ledgers and then enter the only relevant account balances. It's also likely there we duplicate customer account set up. This will need to be cleaned up via a script. Phase II Project This involves moving the customer portal functions from WebErp to Odoo. Including: 1. Performing all POS transactions in Odoo (review current module set up) 2. Setting up invoices, commission and other items for POS transactions. 3. Set up terminal rental monthly subscription in the subscription module 4. Automatic generation and emailing of invoices on POS and subscription transactions 5. Automatic accounting entries from POS and subscription transactions 6. Ensuring we can automatically send monthly statements to customers with POS transactions on account 7. Ensure we have good aging report of accounts receivable. 8. Ensure easy cash reconciliations. To understand scope our Weberp systems, we normally do 100 transactions (manual sales) a months. Phase III To do separately after Phases I & II, but involves Odoo Web Portal Set up (completely replacing WebErp). Only apply if you have in-depth know of Odoo development, configuration and support.
