Our history. Teniamos la version 18 de Oracle Apex y la base de datos de Oracle 11g, y cuando ejecutamos un proceso que llama aproximadamente mas de 3 millones de registros, despues de 1 minuto recibimos un erro de "Time Out" desde Oracle Apex. Para solventar el problema decidimos hacer lo siguiente: 1-We migrate from Oracle 11g to Oracle 19c in an RDS in AWS. 2-We update our version of Oracle Apex to the last version that until a month ago was 20.0. 3-And we create an ORDS in CentOS to improve Apex performance and better manage queries. 4-We try to optimize the query that brings more than 3 million records caused by the "timeout". Until this moment we think that everything was solved because the process did return data in seconds, but from one day to the next the "time out" back again, and it has become unstable, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. So, we need an expert in Oracle Database and Oracle Apex to help us at fixed this issue and try to identify why the "ORDS" no work or optimize more our queries.

Hello, It sound like a Ords issue instead a Database problem. I've several Years working with Oracle Apex, Ords , please let me know more details about your installation. Use tomcat o antoher j2EE server for ords? where you get the error? On Api restful o Interactive reports ? Regards Pedro

I have 5 years of experience in oracle Apex, Oracle Plsql, Oracle sql . I have installed oracle 12c , oracle 18c and oracle apex so many times . I also faced lot of issues on ORDS while installing oracle apex . I have worked on installations which include oracle apex 5.1, 18.1,19.1 . I think i can easily solve your problems.
