We need to create a PDF template that our staff can populate and export on an Ipad. Our staff need to generate reports in the field while working. We have a template with tick boxes and some space for them to enter text and images. They need to be able to fill this our while on the job and then save / export it to PDF. We are looking for a solution for this. We either need a savable PDF template create or for you to suggest an existing app nad get our template into it to generate the PDF reports. Place a bid and I can send the actual template.

Hello, I read your description and I can create your app using PDFKit. At first, I will create a design for the app and add checkboxes and image and textField in a single page, then when the user wanted to export the file to pdf and save it, the app will arrange the information and then converts it to PDF. I just need to know, does the app save the data inside the iPad or should it send the data to a global datastore?? Contact me to discuss your project in more detail.
