60517 move databases

I again, closed a project to award a bid and the project got conceled. the original project description: Having had a program rewritten and modified for a new server I need to have bout 20 gigs of files moved from the old server to the new server. File structure must be maintained, as well as file ownership (so the program will work) There are thousands of files, and folders/subfolders located inside 2 parent directories. In addition, the mysql database needs to be moved.
