84103 Smart Archive Update

I need someone to add some features to a script I sell at my site ([url removed, login to view]). I could do this modification myself, but I don't have much time, which is why I need you. The script is called Smart Archive, you can read about it at [url removed, login to view] and you can view a working demo at [url removed, login to view] I also attached the [url removed, login to view] file to give you an idea of my code and how this script stores data. Here are the features I would like added to Smart Archive: 1. The owner should be able to add files to the archive from the admin area, without a username of course. The contributor name for files added like this should be customizable, so it could say "Admin", "Anonymous", or the site name. 2. Deleting files from the admin area should allow you to select multiple files at once (with check boxes). Right now you have to click on a text link to delete each file individually. This feature will be applied in 2 spots of the admin: where all files are listed and in the "reported dead links" area. 3. Bug fix: When files are deleted (via admin), any dead link reports for that file should be removed. I forgot to do this. 4. Adding a thumbnail graphic should be optional. Right now, if thumbnail submission is turned on, it's a required field. So the owner should be able to specify a default thumbnail image to display whenever a thumbnail is not submitted. 5. Allow owner to choose format in which date/time should be displayed. Right now it's "11/9/01 17:05". Maybe allow people multiple options (american, european, etc.), or make it completely customizable. The time data is stored in Unix epoch seconds, so displaying it in different formats shouldn't be hard. 6. Sort archive by file ratings. Users can already sort the archive in many other ways, so you can just look at the way I did it, you will just need to grab the ratings for each file and sort them according to those. Obviously the ranking should be from highest rated files down to the ones without any ratings. 7. Allow owner to display the top rated files (any number) using SSI or Javascript tags. They can already do this for newest files, most downloaded, etc, so you can just use my code as reference. 8. Create a seperate CGI file (such as [url removed, login to view]) which will check for dead links, using the LWP module to attempt a connection to each external file (URL). Any file which can't be accessed should be added to the existing "reported dead links" file, where the admin can later choose to delete them. This CGI should be optionally run using Cron or via the admin when the owner wants to run it. Activity from this CGI should be logged to a text file. I will of course need to see a working demo on your server before I pay you. I expect that if any bugs/problems are reported (which are specific to the features you added) you will fix them quickly. I will pay using ScriptLance. Note that you will not be charged a commission on this project (it's featured), so base your bid on that. And please don't give me an hourly rate, give me the total one-time cost to do this. Thanks! -Jimmy, R3N3 Internet Services [url removed, login to view]
