I would like to hire a Photographer

I will be in NYC the next week and I will propose marriage to my girlfriend, her birthday is on August 15th and we been planning be in different parts of [url removed, login to view] this is our schedule that day:

At the begining of the day we are going to have breakfast at "Max Berner" then she wants to go to the "AMNH", between 1:30 and 2:00 pm she wants to take a picnic on Central Park and saw the sunset at the "top of the rock", for dinner I invited her to "the River Cafe" in Brooklyn, that's where I come in my doubt; Should I propose her at Central Park or River Cafe?

Central Park is beautyful but at night the view from the River Cafe to Manhattan are amazing.

What do you think is the best option? In my opinion the second one is the winner.

And a important question, If you could be so kind to send me the price of the photography service?
