photoshop edit to a an already made t shirt desgin

Hello I have a small quick project I was wondering if you would be interested in. I have a shirt I own and I am in love with the graphic/design on it and always receive great compliments. I am attending a festival soon I would like to put the same design on a tank with a few small edits. I have attached two pictures, I basically want the (koalafied to party) tank design exactly the same except for it to say (koalafied to rave) and you can use the second picture of the santa clause as a reference on to how I want the koala to look: binky in mouth, glowsticks in hands,kandi cuffs/braclets on both hands, no hat or backpack, face bandana over mouth.
