Convert Javascript Overlay to Work with Multiple Images

I have an HTML page that has a CSS and JavaScript overlay. When you click the image (see attached files), it opens the overlay, and allows you to comment and rate the image, and sends the data to a database. It works very well with one image, but as soon as you have multiple images, it does not work (it always pulls up the same overlay, no matter what image you click). I will have a PHP array with multiple images, so I need the overlay to work with any amount of images. It will need to send a $imageid into the overlay, so that info can be pulled up in the overaly using the ID and then passes the ID into the [login to view URL] file, so that is submits the data to the correct column in the database. I think it will need some kind of JavaScript array. See attached files. I can pay $25.
