OVERVIEW The website will list accommodation in the Winelands and on the Atlantic Seaboard. The site must be searchable. An Admin Console is required for the client to update the website. INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY PAGES Must be show the following information: · Name of Property · Area · Star Grading · Overview Description · Bedrooms & Bedrooms Information · Kitchen Information · Living Area Information · Outdoor Information · Other Information · Rates · Photo Gallery (Villa = 10-15photos, Other = 8 photos). Photo Gallery will be in Lightbox format. · Google Map – (as on [login to view URL] ) · Link to Currency Converter ([login to view URL]) · Add to wish list button · Send Enquiry button MAP SEARCH Map Search page should have: · Hyperlinked map · Names of all areas with brief description. Each area name will be hyperlinked to a page of listings for that area. When an area on the map is clicked, take client to page showing: · Name of Area · Description of Area · All property listings for that area AREAS · Page showing a name, descriptive paragraph and photo, for each area. · Area should have either Atlantic Seaboard or Winelands in brackets in the header. · Client can click through to all listings for that specific area. · Must be able to sort results according to: name, property type, bedrooms, and rates. HOME PAGE FEATURES The home page will have the following items: · Logo · Menu · Rotating image · Welcome text · Featured Accommodation - show 3-4 properties · Accommodation Search · World Cup – link to most of the properties ADMINISTRATIVE CONSOLE The following information needs to be updateable by the client: · Property information · Local News WISH LIST · Client can click on “wishlist” button on any property page, to add the property to their wishlist. · If they go to their wishlist, they only have to complete the enquiry form once and it gets sent to all the properties in the wishlist. ENQUIRY FORM · Information required in the Enquiry Form is still to come · If the client has completed the form once, the form must automatically reinsert the clients information into the forms for other properties. SCRIPTING The language used is PHP and database used is MySQL.
