296508 Clone a module for my site

I would like to clone a feature from [login to view URL] to use on my site. [login to view URL] Join both sites to get a idea between them both.. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] You may use username: test and password: test on [login to view URL] I would like to clone the way [login to view URL] lets users sell credits. Links I would like to clone from [login to view URL] include : -Buy Credits -Sell Credits -Buy License -Seller Setup I would also like to clone the upgrade portion of the site with my own little twist.. it's the Premium link on [login to view URL] and the Upgrade link on [login to view URL] I want to charge members $5 to upgrade on a reaccuring charge or $7 on a not reaccuring charge. -$1 will go to the person who referred that member. (it's in the datbase) but they can't spend that cash until after 30 days. so it might have to have a screen that says pending sales .... or something to that affect. -10% of the remaining $4 will go to a random cash in the database -20% will go to a another table in the datbase. I want the ability to upgrade accounts which involves updating a few variables in the database. setting 1's to 2 or something like that. Deleting upgrade which will take away that $1 from the person who referred the member. or Modifying the member's upgrade. I need to setup IPN (Instant Payment Notication) for paypal, stormpay, Egold and 2Checkout for the new system. I would also like to track payments from these systems.. For example they click upgrade and select a package and what they want to pay with... egold, paypal ect.. from there it will generate a invoive # for my purposes then when payment is complete it will update that invoice complete with the invoice # of the provider. If invoices are not complete it will send a email message to that member. I will be gone 14th - 27th on a business trip so I can't answer any Message Board Questions.
