34523 A php expert required

This is a very small project for anyone who has used or preferably someone who uses webserv. I need someone to literally walk me through the installation and setup of webserv and all of its components. I have AOL which uses a proxy server and I want to use the AOL system to change my code etc. I have my own webspace which you may have to have a look at to enable me to upload and download docs - i have had great difficulty in downloading a PHP folder from my website and this is something that needs to be sorted straight away I am prepared to listen to people who have a program which does the same as webserv but I must use MYSQL and PHP My Admin. As I sed I am a complete newbie to PHP so I will ask you what may seem obvious questions, But to which I have no idea so please be nice in your answers lol. As I am a PHP newbie The winning bidder will also be called upon at later dates when I have problems or queries I will contact you - this will be talked about in more detail on acceptance of the bid You must be able to communicate in easy to understand English and Must use AOL Instant messenger. Please no rediculous bids - this wont take anyone who uses php to help me set this up. Literally the first person within my budget who can do the above wins the project!
