The form (see also the attached file):
- First Name
- Email address
- 1st radio button (pre-selected): "Yes, I want to get updates for free"
- 2nd radio button: "No, I don't want to get future updates"
- Submit button.
First name:
. Should not be empty (otherwise , error message).
. Should accept any character, even special and accented ones.
Email address:
. Should not be empty (otherwise, error message).
. Should be checked for validity (otherwise, error message).
. **No** verification needed for multiple submissions.
When user enters correctly his first name and email address and the "Yes" radio button is selected, his data are stored in a first text file. Then he's redirected to a first pre-made generic Thank You page.
A pre-made message is instantly sent to his email address (text format, no HTML - I should be able to include clickable links).
When user enters correctly his first name and email address and the "No" radio button is selected, his data are stored in a *different* text file. Then he's redirected to a *second* generic pre-made Thank You page.
A *different* message is instantly sent to his email address (text format too, clickable links will be included in this message as well / the "Subject" and "From" fields are the same than in the first one, only the "Body" field is different).
Multiple submissions:
Users' data are simply stored in both text files.
No graphic design nor HTML integration needed.
I only need the PHP code and the form HTML code.
No database needed.
Need it ASAP.
Thank You.
