234852 PHP LinkDump Submitter

This should be a pretty straight forward and pretty easy job. I want a php page that i can enter a url, description, Title.

it will then submit to a bunch of free link dumps. I will provide all the urls for the link dumps. .

It doesnt have to be pretty. it just has to work. it also has to be able to have an option for me to ***Easily**** add/remove link dumps.

looking to have this done in the next couple of days.
