72938 Scheduler - with many users

I am looking for a scheduling system, that allows patients at a doctor's office to make their own appointments. The doctor had administrative access, and sets the times that are available generally for appointments, and can block certain periods off as not available. All remaining appointments can be booked by a patient. Patients must sign up the first time entering and and verifying their email address, and fill out a required information page. Once they have confirmed their email, they can sign in, and make 1 appointment. (they can make more appointments if given special permission from the admin) The calendar will be based on 7 days, 24 hours possible, in units of either 30 minutes, 15 minutes, or 5 minutes, depending on what the admin sets. The program must send a reminder email to all appointments the next day, the day before the appointment to the person who signed up. The interface must be done nicely, I would prefer something with the "plesk" interfaces, as that looks great There will be a few different appointment types, that the doctor creates, and the patients choose from. The doctor will say how long an appointement each type is. There will also be a login option for a "secretary" , or "clerk"....they can view the entire schedule, and can manually add in a time, incase a patient calls on the phone. The doctor will view the whole schedule, and can actually change when available appoinments begin and end for each day. The doctor will be able to make different templates based on an entire week. Example - one week has only monday and wednesday available, with specified times another week, has monday through thursday available, at other times. Then the doctor can schedule these week on top of a larger calendar, to build a longer schedule, if his weeks are not all the same.. thank you for all those who bid, looking forward to working with you
