Hello,

We are looking for a gallery manager for www.adessa-gallery.com. This project completed fairly quickly. Most important, however, is the cost--our budget is very low at the moment.

Depending on what is easiest and cheapest, feel free to use pre-existing scripts (we started to work with SPGM, but that is all up to you) and combine/edit them. The only limit there is that we won't link back to them, so make sure that's allowed in their terms.

Here's the features we need:

-Display the gallery within our existing layout (we are not interested in creating or having created a "similar" or lookalike layout, even if is identical, it must use our existing header and footer files)

-Work like this page [url removed, login to view] but it would all be automated instead of manual.

-It would work like this: we create the images (a full and thumbnail version) and the script takes them and lays it out.

-We need to be able to reorder the images with the script (so when you click back/next in full view we don't have to update all the links).

-I'm not quite sure how to say this, so I'll give an example. We want to be able to have images A, B, and C be in alphabetical order on a page that lists every piece we have. Say we then also have pages that only have pictures A and C on it, and then a page with just B and C. We need to be able to reorder independently on each page. The purpose of this is for people to be able to view a list of all our oil paintings, or all our paintings by Song Ruxin, or all our artwork in the collection "Soviet Socialist Realism"...I hope this makes sense.

We are also interested in some search functions, but maybe can't afford them. Please tell us how much you would take off of your bid if you do not include everything below:

-Search option

-Basic search: keyword

-Advanced search: keyword, plus you'll be able to search art by medium, date, collection, or artist (and the ability to add more later)

We do not want to spend a whole lot of money, and we need it to be 100% reliable, and if we have problems with it to be able to have you fix them for no additional money (that's not to say we won't pay you if we need you to develop new features). Please bid and leave plenty of information on any questions you have, how fast it would be, what it will take.

FYI: We use PHP, on a Microsoft server (yes, unfortunate..). Our host is [url removed, login to view]

Thanks a lot
