ASP.net Ablecommerce 2 Small Tweaks; Quantity dropdown + Add Agree checkbox

Hello I have 2 small changes I need made to the Able Commerce Checkout system.

The product info layout is broke into sections; we are working with /conlib/[url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]

I have a test copy of the software running you can see the current layout here: <http://209.160.36.7/[url removed, login to view]>

Whan I need is to convert the quantity box and arrows to a 1 to 10 dropdown option box

Also I need a checkbox added that doen not allow the add to cart button to work until it is checked.
