i need a web site built in asp .net. ? i believe the version my hosts (ixwebhosting) is using is [url removed, login to view] i need a site that would be used for games that i produce..?

to the left will be these genres

these genres will go to the genres page of offline? games for purchase.
on the? front page are these tabs
Games, Online? Games, Forums, My Account
on the genres page for Games which is the offline games, they will display all the games in that category, clicking on a game will go to that games web page.
when it takes you to that games page it will have these characteristics.

*have button for buy pc version to add to cart, paypal order, download file when order completed sucessfully
*have button for buy mac version to add to cart, paypal order, download file when order completed sucessfully
*have button for iphone/ipod version link that will open up itunes and send straight to the purchase page of that game.
*have button for ipad much will be like iphone but go to the ipads purchase page.
*video link to watch some game play.
*link to games forum page.
now the Online games will be similar? with the genres to the left, however those links will go to genres for online games. when clicked on a genre it will go to that genres page and display online games of that genre, click on that will go to that games online page.? each game will have a play it now button which goes to that games page that games online page will have these characteristics.

User account -
create and maintain? an account. should send a email for verification before account creation is complete.
should allow users to maintain there account, as in email and password.
keep a list of past purchases for that account and should be able to download past purchases. make sure there isn't more? x (detmermined by admin settings) downloads in a given week, or more then x (detmermined by admin settings) in a month if this is reached the user has to request a admin reset for the week or month. (button which will send teh admin a email requesting a reset for that game.)

--allow to add games (offline or online) add genre(s) multiple if needed, video links, screenshot links, games description, iphone/ipod url purchase links, ipad url purchase links, mac & pc paypal purchase info for game.)
add url to the flash file for online games if its a online game.
maintain users, set nuumber of downloads per game an account can download per week, and per month.) able to reset number of downloads if user goes over and requests a re set.? able to set how many can be used on reset for week and month.

forum link allows me to add/edit in the url to the help forum?
i should be able to add more genres in a admin page for both online and offline pages., and should be able to hide show generes as needed for both online and offline pages.
