66331 ASP script repair/PHP conversi

Have an ASP script/site on a Windows server that I need to have working properly. This needs to be done ASAP and needs to be done correctly and efficiently. This site is an Affiliate/Merchant type site and the name will be discussed via PM once I have some programmers narrowed down. You will have to assure your discretion and honesty. I will also entertain a complete PHP conversion. Once the initial repairs are made, I will need to finalize testing to see if anything else is needed, then might have few more. Initial repairs are acct creation, notification etc and things of that nature. Once all repairs are made, will need the site moved to different hosting and properly operating on the new hosting. For a knowledgeable ASP person, this shouldn't be too difficult. If you don't know ASP and can't dot he job right away, then don't waste my time or yours. Limited budget, since it doesn't work right now.
