Audio Walk-Thru's For ASP.net/VB Websites

Want to provide help to users by audio directions, accompanied by visually highlighting the control user is to activate. For example, audio says "Please press the Print button", and a red frame around the print button flashes. Program will not continue until users either activates the button, or shuts off the help system. After a delay, the audio asks the user if he wishes to continue. If no, help says it is shutting down, then shuts down. If yes, then the directive is issued again. User should be able to start/stop help as desired. For more complext controls (eg a textbox, for example) the entry would need to be validated (or said another way, the validation would need to report success or failure to the audio help system).

I can provide a website link with this approach in place as a demo of what I want to do. I am looking for a sort of framework to implement this in [url removed, login to view], rather than a one-time implementation for a particular website.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
