Better system for changing order in web box

have a drop down box on an ASP web page that fills with the items of inventory on our current quote. We have an "Up" and "Down" link that processes a order change to move selected row up or down in order of list.

PROBLEM: If you have many items in list and have to move an item up 20 rows - each time you execute the move - you loose the scroll position and have to scroll all the way back down - find the item again press the link and do that same process 20 times (very frustrating and inefficent!)

I need a BETTER system ASAP - I am thinking to make so they can have option for going Up or down by different increments - 1, 5, 10 but keep the scroll position so the item being moved is visible and selected after the move.

I am attaching the current page so you can see exactly what I am talking about.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
