Content Management System in ASP.NET

Create an administration system to manage content. This system would allow for the creation a custom navigation bar, manage links, images, add news, and create additional pages for the site. The administration system would allow for the control and management of content for both an intranet site and an internet site. Both the internet and intranet sites would utilize the same display templates, but the content varies. When a public page is requested, the system distinguishes automatically whether the visitor comes from the intranet or the internet (based on the client IP) and produces the corresponding content. In addition, this is a bilingual site (english / spanish) which means, for each item published (article), the admin can indicate whether it's for the intranet or the internet, and whether it's in English or in Spanish. News and other items controlled from the admin panel are classified into categories (categories can also be managed from the admin). The coder has to create the admin from scratch, and has to integrate the public pages (graphic design is already completed) with the code.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

windows 2000 + asp.net + ms sql 2000 We will provide a testing server where the pages, source code and bins must be uploaded, and a production server when the development is completed. The developer is free to use his / her own development server during development, but the development is considered completed only once everything is up and running in the production server.
