Enhance ASP upload with max file size limit

Hi,
Enclosed you will find 6 ASP files :
-3 of them act as the form for posting a file for upload
-3 of them are the asp which execute the action to actually save the files
What you need to do is enhance this code with as target that there is a maximum upload file size limit which I can set by changing a value in the code.
If the size is too big the users gets a message back "file too big max size is X" and gets routed back to upload screen again
At the end the only thing I want to do is copy the files to my machine to see it work. If needed components may be used also since this is my own home machine.
**Tip :: the maximum file size limit will never be bigger than 1mb**
