We have a fully working site in .NET but we woudl like to convert it to PHP!!
Background.
We are looking to effectively manage supply chain, production, and finances for a group of restaurants. We have some work completed such as process flow, website mapping, and database diagram. We also have a reference site that can be used for layout purposes. We requires separate prices for each module.
Module 1
Financial tracking, Sales, Payroll, Inventory, Daily Throwaway
Store owners find it difficult to keep track of the performance of each individual
store in their network. Providing detailed performance metrics on a timely
interval to store owners would significantly simplify their evaluation process and
help owners/managers develop strategies to remediate poor performance in
stores. The SPM module would deliver:
? tracking sales- manager enters data and provides week, monthly, and
yearly analysis
? timely sales tracking, revenue, and profit metrics
? comprehensive reports consisting of graphics and figures to
effectively assess store performance relative to other stores and
against average figures of stores in the same geographic vicinity
The application will provide multiple user login with multiple access levels(such as individual store, a group of store, or the organization) At the organization level, reports about sales, payroll, and thruway trends should be available.
Module 2
Bakery Supply chain and production management
The restaurants have 2 types of orders, daily and weekly. 1. The daily order is for fresh products which are ordered by the restaurants individually and prepared by a central kitchen. At the end of each day the restaurant will throw away their daily products. The kitchen will collect all orders from the restaurant daily and will begin production for delivery. The kitchen would be provided on the number of ingredient necessary to make all products for that day to help the kitchen plan for that night's production schedule. It will also print out receipts and invoices for each store. At night the kitchen will begin delivery through various trucks to the restaurants. Weekly orders are for paper goods and other long shelf life product which do not need to be thrown away.
