Incentive Site addition and Updating Needed.

I am in need a programmer who is experienced with MySql, ASP, and PHP. (My site is also on a Windows platform) If you have experience with programming for reward/incentive sites, it is a major plus, since that is what my site is. ## Deliverables I've rewritten the needs, since part of my other listing cut off because I ran out of room. Script I need made or corrected for my Admin area, and site: Script that will: add an image url for the 1x1 pixel for each category. capture a members ip address each day. I need to be able to sort these ip addresses by date, and ip addresses. I also need the ability to delete the information after a certain time. automatically add the date when I credit a member pts for something, so it's visible when they check their acct. grab a members IP address when they sign up for the site. be able to show the list of referrals a member has, and also to be able to type in a member and see who referred that particular member. allow me to adjust the setting for all my rotating banners. I also need script that will allow me to add a small rotating banner on the side of the sites pages. allow me to cancel a members pending redemption. allow me to use search boxes, text links, and banners AND give members points. Right now only banners are available to me. allow me to add advertisers that want to buy special advertising from my site. It needs to be able to allow a set amount of points to be listed, and each time a member gets a point(s) it will automatically deduct it from that account. I need some special script added to the site that will be able to track members through a frame when they go to another site. When they click on a rotating banner at this special advertisers site, I need a delay of 20 seconds set, and then a tiny box pops up that they click on, and points go into their account at my site. You will probably need to use JavaScript for this. A separate area for advertisers to be able to log into their accounts where they are able to add, edit, and delete banners they are running on THEIR site. They will be able to see how many points they have left in their acct too. allow me to track members actions & user id# through newsletters I send them. allow me to add a daily trivia to my site, and give members points for correct answers. search for users through additional options of IP Address, zip code, password, and town. On members account summary page, I need members points to be able to be broken down by months. automatically fill in members user id# on site forms. require a member to reply to an email before being signed up for the site. either add an 'X' to the box that shows whether the pts they get for shopping are per purchase or per dollar. recognize whether members have their images off, and cookies disenabled, and if they are using the AOL Browser. If they are, then I need it to NOT give them points. It should instead show a warning. reset the clock on wkly visits on the sixth day from the last time they collected points. allow only one person from one ip address per day to be able to collect points. I need the site moved to my new server once the job is completed. When a member cancels their acct and I've already processed a redemption for them, I can no longer click on 'Processed Redemptions'. It makes ALL processed redemptions disapear. When a member signs up for a specific offer, and I credit them through a part of my administration area that had that exact offer listed, if I later remove that offer from my site, members can no longer see that they had completed that offer in their acct area. Members should be credited 50 points for an active referral. My script shows 100 pts. Some members are not able to cash out their points. The ones who can't redeem, receive a message that they do not have enough pts for what they are trying to redeem for. My search page will not allow members to go to page 2 of searches. I need 2 columns changed to 1 column on all site pages.
