Minor ASP script fix

Need a fix to ASP file so a link is reactivated after page information is reloaded.

In the user menu select New Lead and then click on the GO button. The main window will bring up a tabbed interface with the General tab selected and customer contact information displayed. The telephone number is listed in the bottom right and is also a link that will call that number through our Skype account. The problem happens if the EDIT link in the upper left of the General tab is clicked and Save is chosen on the pop up. This causes the Skype link on the telephone number to disappear which can only be fixed by reloading the page. The link needs to reactivate if the information is edited.
