Need Multilanguage Business Directory

I am in need of Busines Directory and City Portal website.

I was planning to have it in PHP but also ASP is [url removed, login to view] my idea is to have a tipical business directory website but with custom feel and look, becouse the directory will be related on one city only and same time will be an "city portal". So only business owners from this city can get listed, but with advertisament posibilities nationwide and international also. Thats why i prefere some script that have good advertisament abilities with banner and text ads.

As i prefere to use custom layout/look and feel for this website, i can help you and provide you with this layout (PNG), which you can use for the whole website. Any graphical work will be supported upon request.

I know that here are some real experts in the Directory field...but all bids are welcome. Companies or Individuals with similar realised projects have better advantage to get this project avarded but must provide demo or example of the work before selected.

I am looking for long relationship as i have a few more similar projects that need to be done...just looking to find the right service provider...so please keep that in mind when bidding.

I already have an imagination of what all this can cost...so please dont place maximum amount. I cant pay more than $400 for this project as websites with almost same features are available even for $80 (at some ready scripts providers!!!). Thats why i think that $400 is a good budget to work on this project...lower bids have better chanse.

Before i pick a service provider, i will require from the selected person/company to provide detailed project proposal!!!

I already know that most of you have a ton of url's you can show me, but please when you provide portfolio...select only the best 3 projects you have realised in the past...i dont have time to look at all websites you have developed :-).
