we are a small company launching in the USA. We are looking a small setup we can setup a page for our reps so we know who to give commission to.

When a new rep signs up with us we want to be able to put a username, password and rep id (that we specify) into the site page and it will create them a personalised site at [url removed, login to view][rep id number]. this will be based on a pre-existing template.

when a customer signs up for a product on the persons personalised site it should allow them to choose the internet access product, check them out through paypal and send a message to us telling us which rep site they were signed up at. It should then allow them to check to see if a username is available and create it (using a pre-existing setup we have).

We can only afford to pay the designer $30 at the minute but we will be cutting the designer in for a full 1% of all profits for 2 years. We are alreayd in the uk with a customer base of 75000 so there is a lot of money to be made with this expansion into the usa. The designer will also get reduced cost dialup internet access from zulusurf.

We need someone to do this ASAP
