Update ASP Form with new requirements

We have a website to register children into a Soccer team. We have the following:

**2** registration forms. One is for the end user and one is for the site admin to add new users.

## Deliverables

Requirements:

**1)** Add in database a field for player status

**2)** In the 2 submission forms, include the option that will be recorded into the new field you added in step 1. This option will be (Returning player / Existing Player / New Player) and will be recorded in the player status field on database.

**3)** In the edit form, include the field to update existing users on the field you added in step 1. This option will be (Returning player / Existing Player / New Player) and will be recorded in the player status field on database.

**4)** Add a function to have the password email sent to the coach email address (Forgot password ?)

**5)** We have a birthdate in the form. We need to automatically calcualte based on the date of birth entry, what is the Age Bracket the player falls into. The next year, this will also change for the player because he / she has moved up the bracket. For example, this year we need to edit about 400 players only to update this field, but I'm sure we can automatically do this.

**6)** We need to check that both submissions form work correctly and that payment in processed using PayPal (as it is now) and that the edit form also works properly.

**7)** Because we'll be adding a field for player status, we can make ALL the existing players (existing players).

**8)** Troubleshoot why it is not uploading pictures anymore. Before it was working fine.

**9)** Allow for schedule of games to be dynamically generated. Right now we are doing this manually, but we should be able to create dates and then assign the other data to that particular date. We have Time, Field, Division, Home, Away fields for each particular date.

**10)** We have 4 groups of people in this database.

**Group 1**: Boys of 5 years

**Group 2**: Boys of 6 years

**Group 3**: Girls of 5 years

**Group 4**: Girls of 6 years

We need to query a printable page with information on the players, but we need to group them by the groups above and the player status.
