UserRoles in ASP.net app

I am developing an app in asp.net (VB) where I have reached a dead end, the whole scenario is along these lines:

To start with

there are multiple roles

there is a contract which has users assigned to it with a role, but the same user can have multiple roles on the same contract.

till here its fine I can retrieve these roles ,

I need to store these roles and then store them into an array list.

so on the main contract page then I can display the information according to the user's role privilleges.(also the roles are not in hierarchy so cant assume that what role6 has role1 will also have).

I am using similiar pattern like the one in the [[url removed, login to view]][1] starter kit (timeentry) if you see the documentation its all there([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]).
