Vendor Management system

I am trying to put my small buisness on web. I have already put one project on bid, this is the 2nd project.

My work include buy things, in small in cost amount, but large number of things .

For every project, I buy many things, and I have to go through specs which my customer has given me, or my workman has given me.

1. My workman, gives me the specs for a given project.

2. I or 3 of my partners decide,depending on the need type,all of us have different thing we approve, if its possible financialy for the company, either we accept or decline.

3. If any of us accept, then we will ask, one of my workman to go through the specs,and talk to our vendors, ask for there specs, then me and my partners, go through it, or one of my workman go through it, then we will call the selected people, talk to them about specs and money. After we like some vendor product, we will call them, and tell others this time we cannot buy from them, as we just want good relationships with all vendors. After we have selected vendor, we will ask the vendor to send the product, and every 15 days, we will get there invoice and then pay them .

[login to view URL] as all things are on web, I can ask my vendors(I think mail them), to put there specs on corrsponding to my new requirement, after reviewing there specs,i can ask all of some of my vendor, to come and meet any of us,we will tell on the web, who has won, and why others didnt. then after 15 to 30 days,depending on the contract, and the item cost, we will approve the Po, send them the approval.

5. The reason we want to have this website, was we used to have 1000 of requirements and only 5 vendors. And because of that we were not getting the product at the cost we wanted.

6. Now we are on web, we want 1000 of requirement, with 1000 of vendors, when we want, all inputing at the same time.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
