Visual Web Based Interface Management Software

Web based software written in ASP / VB .NET only, linked to a MSSQL database. a database with Client info that links the SERVER table with all Server related Information that links to a? PROCESS table that list all the tasks running on each server. There would also be a we lookup tables possibly like OS TYPE (ID, DESCRIPTION) that is used in the Server details. The end result will be web based app where you could select the Client? by a dropdown or ID, it then shows the Clients Servers and tasks under each server, when the Server is clicked on, under it shows the documented TASKS/programs/jobs/Processes that are on that server.? PROCESSES will have detailed fields and allow attachments, weblinks and notes to used by support to debug process. The drilldown functionality needs to be TREE LIKE (Rough outline below). I should be able to send an ID to a start form so that it automatically loads client its related information, if no paramter ID is given, you can then select by ID or Name from a DropDown list. This application should be modular so that it can be called from another application like a CMS (Customer Management Program). It needs to be professional looking BUT VERY? EASY TO USE!

## Deliverables

Keep in mind this program is to document starting from a COMANY level, each CLIENT under the COMANY,

then the SERVERS at the CLIENTS SITE, then the TASKS that are running on EACH SERVER (Scheduled Tasks, Mirth, HANDY BACKUP, Custom Services and or programs) and finally what sub tasks AKA ATOM that running under each TASK like Backup Job description, Mirth Jobs and what they do, scheduled tasks. Goal is to make a professional looking program that is easy to ADD EDIT AND REMOVE ITEMS, WEB BASED, so that it idiots can use it. Also, the FIRST web page, I should be able to pass a variable (COMPANY) and have it select and load the specific company only, this allows this website to be called from a CMS and pass company ID so the user can find the client plus related information.

From a support nightmare that we live, I go around installing and building interfaces and programs for medical systems. We have support staff that come behind me to support what I create plus many other programs by other vendors. There is no simple program to manage this, period, the ones I have seen are way to complex and non visual. So when someone asks 'Where is MIRTH running? What is running on Mirth? (see [url removed, login to view]) Where is the DTS program running? Where is HandyBackupPro running? What is Handy Backup Backing up? What scheduled Tasks are running on AHSDC1 at Comprehensive Cardiologists? Is that where the LABS are being received... It never ends. So keep that in mind, if you help design this program well and make it simple flexible and powerful to handle this complex every growing issues and MANY companies and corporations, this may be a very worthwhile program. If it does become that program I will work with you more or even go as far as become partners, we need the website to promote and sell the final version, I have the perfect company to test and have at least 5 people use it daily along with 2 developers, me being one of them. I will go back over this when I have more time and refine items I left out. I am very busy working 16 hours a day. I've been around for 25 years in computers, VB programmer forever, DOS, SQL etc.
