Web based application in C#

I need a complete web site, done in .NET using C#, to be integrated in a Windows 2000 server platform, with Microsoft SQL Server.

I have started work on the project myself but do not have the time to complete it. The project involes converting and existing winforms based application to a web based one. The winforms application is written in C#.

The database design has already been done. (it can be modified)

Basically the job involves studying the winforms version of the applications and duplicating the functionality. I will provide the source code for the winforms version as well as the database design and the work i have completed so far.

Project requires a license key file to operate. Request file in prelimiary bid. Include breif bio on your company.

Additional Info on exsting winforms app.

Existing app uses XML for file storage. Web based will use SQL 2K, but files will be transfered between systems. Existing app contains approximatley 20 form, 45 classes. 100,000+ lines of code. No account security in exsting app. Expect account signon and app securty to be required in web version.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

All the source code must be commented in English, to allow future upgrades, with a document describing the system. There is no need to be a full manual, but the code must be well commented

Programmer must give a 3 month free of charge warranty, with a 24 hours (on working days) email response to any problem. All bugs must be fixed 24 hours after they are discovered.

There will be a bonus, depending on the quality of the work.

## Platform

It will run on a Windows 2000 Server, with .NET plataform, and Microsoft SQL Server.

The .NET framework version is 1.1 with Visual Studio .NET 2003
