Website builder with text editor and CMS

We are looking for a web application that will allow our customers to design, edit and maintain their own website on our dedicated servers). This program will be similar to <[login to view URL]> in the way that it allows users to edit site content and images. Application must allow users to setup an account, login and build a website online by selecting templates and then maintain and edit their website themselves with a: rich text editor and a file manager or CMS . We will have a designer on hand to aid in look and feel and would like application to be developed with this in mind to provide a smooth transition. Application Must also Created web Pages Using CSS positioning No tables layouts preferred. 1) Website builder features similar to <[login to view URL]> that builds multiple websites based on selected templates. 2) User admin features that allow users to login edit and maintain website with a File manager and rich text editor or lite CMS. similar to <[login to view URL]> 3) Administrative access to site features that allow permissions setting, delete user accounts, and edit and modifications users websites created with builder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
